During this time, he gained a wealth of knowledge in various practice areas, including real estate, business litigation, corporate transactions, title insurance, first-party property insurance defense, and catastrophic injury defense. Most importantly, he developed a keen sense for addressing clients' real needs and providing swift and quality solutions.

In addition to providing transaction, contract, and litigation counsel, Mr. Perez also provides general counsel to business owners across several industries, including technology, real estate investment and development, and home services.
